 Properties of the octahedron

When the 24 sectors of the eight triangular faces of the octahedron are turned into tetractyses, the latter have 96 red hexagonal yods and 14 black corners. The faces comprise 110 yods, of which 104 yods are not vertices of the polyhedron and 80 yods are neither vertices nor centres of tetractyses, where 80 is the number value of Yesod. Also, 86 yods (80 other than vertices) line the sides of tetractyses.
