#8 The number of corners of the polygons in the inner form of the 3-tree is a parameter of sacred geometries

236 as a parameter of sacred geometries
Figure 12

The 282 sectors of the 42 polygons making up the inner form of the 3-tree have 236 corners. The number 236 is a defining parameter of sacred geometries. For example, 236 yods are needed to create the boundaries of the 14 regular polygons enfolded in the inner Tree of Life when their sectors are turned into tetractyses. The 42 triangles surrounding the centre of the 2-dimensional Sri Yantra comprise 236 points, lines & triangles (see Sacred geometry/Correspondences). For more examples of the number 236 in sacred geometries, see here.

The fact that the 42 polygons enfolded in three overlapping Trees of Life have 282 sectors with 246 sides outside their root edges — two of the number values of the Sephiroth in the four Kabbalistic Worlds — gives confirmation to the holistic character of the inner form of these Trees. This in turn indicates the holistic nature of the human skeleton, whose 206 bones are symbolized by the 206 corners of these polygons.
